Key Features

Scalability. Eternity MENX supports calling activities between 2000 IP users and 512 analog users. The platform can be configured for availing the benefits of GSM, PRI, BRI, E&M, and radio connectivity. The entrepreneur can easily change the number of users by adding or removing the interface cards.

Multilocation connectivity. Matrix unified communication server brings the headquarter and branch offices on the same platform. With support for different networks, the solution streamlines internal communication and offers easy connectivity for external calls. Peer-to-peer connectivity over IP eliminates internal communication tariffs and slashes down the external telephony costs.

Mobility. Smartphone/PC unified user client helps employees easily connect with each other. Sharing presence status, drag and drop conference, instant messaging, calendar integration, Outlook integration, and other features make UC client a convenient communication tool for the mobile workforce.

Hospitality. Matrix Eternity MENX offers a repertoire of hospitality features. The platform offers perks of check-in/check-out, wake up calls, alarms, and integration with third-party PMS and CAS makes the solution an ideal fit for modern and growing hotels.

Security. Matrix unified communication platforms are tailored on latest security protocols – TLS and SRTP. The protocols ensure security of data/information exchanged in the
financial institutions and defense
scenarios.

Easy management. Web-based centralized management allows the IT and admin staff to manage and monitor health of the system from any location and any device. The facility enables owners to save on engineer's time, traveling costs, and also minimal system downtime.

Redundancy and hot swappability. Eternity MENX is equipped with two CPUs and power supply cards to ensure continuous communications when there is a glitch in primary power or processing unit. The hot swappability enables system engineers to insert or remove the cards when system is in working condition and monitor the health of the same.
