Verint Systems Inc. has announced a new partnership with Group Elite Communications, a premier provider of professional and managed services for workforce optimization and other solutions in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. Through this relationship, North American and EMEA customers can now combine Group Elite's award-winning professional sales, services, support, and consulting with Verint's industry-leading Customer Engagement solutions, available in the cloud, on-premises, or in a hybrid model.

Group Elite has a deep and broad skillset in providing customer experience solutions, in addition to a dedicated focus on customer-centricity. Its proprietary technology is designed to power a comprehensive set of managed service offerings that can be layered on top of Verint solutions to further automate, manage, and provide proactive care that drives sustained value, and enables organizations to control their level of engagement with underlying solutions. In coordination with the Verint solutions, customers will also have access to added functionality, streamlined deployments, and tools for seamless operation.
